The privately-owned home boasts 4 individual units making it possible for a few smaller groups of 1 large group to vacation on the property, each unit is self-contained and there is a full-time caretaker/concierge on site. The premises is fully gated and secured with the latest technology. The grounds are unique due to the fact they are situated on a small peninsula with a beach on the frontage and jungle/river along the back.

All bedrooms have a private sundeck and every room is air-conditioned. The sunsets from the front sundecks are breathtaking. Bright red scarlet macaw parrots fly over the grounds regularly and quite often stop to feed on the almonds from the trees that border the back of the property.
