Transportation to Casa Miguel
Description
Casa Miguel is a great home in a great location. The house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, and still only a few steps away from the center of town and the beach (about 300 and 450 yards respectively).
Its Nicaraguan tiles and tropical gardens lend it a colonial air.
The house is spacious and completely air-conditioned. The living room is comfortable and has a TV/DVD. Upstairs there’s another living room with a TV. The pool area has lounge chairs and a picnic table to enjoy the garden, as well as a charcoal grill. It has wireless internet, a safe large enough for a laptop, a security alarm, and security bars on windows and doors.
Bedrooms are distributed in the following way:
Downstairs: 2 bedrooms with Double beds, 1 bedroom with a Double futon (all 3 with TVs and unsuited full bathrooms), and 1 bedroom with a Double fold-down bed (thinner mattress) that would share the bathroom with one of the other bedrooms.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 Twin beds. 1 full bathroom.
We can also just rent 4 bedrooms (8 people), except Christmas and New Year weeks where we rent only the full house. In this case, we would lock off the upstairs apartment, which is accessed separately.
